Through Senior Dimensions, Sears Methodist can share its knowledge, experience, and innovative systems with not-for-profit organizations so that they may better develop, manage and operate retirement, long-term care, and related facilities and services.

Management Services – A quality operation is attainable only through a management approach that is sensitive to the uniqueness of each community, the needs of the residents and the mission of the sponsor. Senior Dimensions can assure an organization of a successful ongoing operation, utilizing proven programs developed by Sears Methodist Retirement System, Inc. Total operations management by SDI provides each community with a corporate office full of experts who will monitor operations, solve problems, constantly improve quality of services and operate the community effectively and efficiently.
Governance Consultation – How the Board functions is critical to the success of a non-for-profit organization. Senior Dimensions’ executives have years of experience and can train a client’s board, facilitate strategic planning, and assist with problem solving, thus developing governance structure.
